Question by Gotta Love Life: Could I lose weight doing this?
I’m 13 years old, I’ll be 14 in a couple of weeks. I’m a girl. 5’7. I weigh somewhere between 170-179 pounds. I joined the gym. To start out until I get in the swing of things, is this a healthy exercise schedule? I will obviously gradually increase it over time. But, for now, will this work for losing weight and getting in shape if combined with a healthy diet?

Monday-
DAY OFF

Tuesday-
15 minutes stretching
1 mile on the treadmill, fast walking, no incline.
20 minutes on a leg exercise machine much like a bike, at a challenging level.
10 minutes on rowing machine
20 minutes on weight machines. Three sets of 10 on each.
10 minutes stretching.

Wednesday-
15 min. stretching
Spin class
10. min stretching

Thursday-
15 minutes stretching
1 mile on the treadmill, fast walking, no incline.
20 minutes on a leg exercise machine much like a bike, at a challenging level.
10 minutes on rowing machine
20 minutes on weight machines. Three sets of 10 on each.
10 minutes stretching.

Friday-
DAY OFF

Saturday-
15 min. of stretching
Spin class
10 min. of stretching

Sunday-
DAY OFF

I’ve already met with a personal trainer and she showed me how to use the machines. I can’t do more than a mile on the treadmilll at a time.

honey, just do cardio and eat healthy!
trust me!
no soda or tea or coffee (cafeine) stains teeth and makes you fat!
WATER! no meat no sit ups until u loose the weight…
